NOTICE ON MASKS: BY FEDERAL MANDATE MASKS ARE REQUIRED BY ALL RIDERS OVER THE AGE OF 2 ON SWITA VEHICLES. WE KNOW THAT AT THIS TIME SCHOOLS ARE NOT PLANNING ON REQUIRING MASKS. HOWEVER, SWITA IS COMPLETELY SEPERATE FROM THE SCHOOL AND MUST FOLLOW THE FEDERAL MASK MANDATE FOR PUBLIC TRANSIT. CURRENTLY THIS MANDATE IS SET TO EXPIRE 9-13-2021 AND IF EXTENDED NOTICE WILL BE POSTED HERE AND ON VEHICLES.
Safe, reliable, and affordable transportation to and from preschool or school is available to students who live in town and are not served by their school bus system. Service includes scheduled early dismissal days and weather related schedule changes. $1.50 per ride per child. SWITA requires a minimum payment of two weeks of rides. For example: If your rider rides both ways 5 days a week, you would be required to put $30 on your account.

Below is the registration form for school year 2021-2022. These forms must be completed every school year for each child.
New registrations will be able to start riding the following Monday after forms are submitted. Registration forms are accepted at anytime.
You may submit the form online via the PDF, print it out and mail it, or bring it to our office. You may pay online via the link below the registration form. If you have multiple riders in the family, we will pool rides for your convenience, but please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org just to make sure that we have it correct, as every family is different!
Use this form to register your student for SWITA Student Transportation. You must register every year, and please use one form per student.
