An Environmental Review Record (ERR) that documents the environmental determinations for this project is on file at 1501 SW 7th Street, Atlantic, IA 50022 and may be examined or copied on weekdays from 8:00a.m. to 5:00pm.

PUBLIC COMMENTS

Any individual, group, or agency may submit written comments on the ERR to Southwest Iowa Planning Council. All comments received by March 9th, 2026, will be considered by Southwest Iowa Planning Council prior to authorizing submission of a Request for Release of Funds and Environmental Certification to HUD.
