NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR SALE OF SWIPCO OWNED PROPERTY AT 516 MAIN STREET, GRISWOLD, IOWA

Notice is hereby given that Southwest Iowa Planning Council (SWIPCO) intends to hold a public hearing on the disposal of a property owned by SWIPCO located at 516 Main Street, Griswold, Iowa.  The hearing shall be held at the SWIPCO offices, 1501 SW 7th St., Atlantic, IA  50022 at 1:30pm, August 27, 2026.  Written comments may be submitted at the same address prior to the hearing.  Anyone requesting special accommodation or with other questions should contact SWIPCO Executive Director, John McCurdy, at 712-243-4196.  SWIPCO is an equal opportunity employer, provider, and lender.
