Special Trips:

Medical Trips are $30 per hour.

Other trips are $40 per hour.

* Time begins when the driver gets in the bus, until the time the driver gets home.

Medical trips paid for by Medicaid/Title 19 need to be scheduled through the covered individual’s MCO.

SWITA makes every effort to pool riders to frequent destinations. Those with a flexible arrival time, for example, are very often offered rates at a discounted rate. Please call to speak with the friendly staff to discuss the best available option.

Regular service is also available between Oakland and Council Bluffs/Omaha Monday through Sunday. Buses leave Omaha at 4:30 a.m. and Council Bluffs  at 5:00 a.m. The return bus will leave Oakland at approximately 3:30 p.m. This service is $3.50 one way, or $7 round trip.
