Important information for purchasing a home:

*The new construction housing units will be listed at $175,000.

*Income qualified home buyers may also be eligible for $20,000 down payment assistance to purchase the home.

(Eligibility for down payment assistance is subject to the lender’s down payment requirements, if applicable. Not all applicants may qualify for down payment assistance) 

*Each housing developer in each community is different. Housing locations, styles, construction types and size vary from community to community. The timeframe in which homes are ready to be purchased will not be the same in each community.

*We encourage potential buyers to already be pre-qualified for a mortgage.

Buyers and renters must apply through SWIPCO, meaning individuals must qualify with federal income guidelines. New Construction Homes through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). These income guidelines are as follows:
