USDA Housing Assistance for Disaster Affected Homeowners

USDA Rural Development now has home repair grants available for rural homeowners who made repairs or still need to make repairs as a result of the May 2024 storms and tornados and/or the June 2024 floods. Please reference the chart below to see eligible counties and income limits. Grants available up to $44,000 for homeowners 18 years old and older with homes located in communities with a population of 20,000 or less.
