RPA-13 Trail Mapping RFP

RPA-13, which covers the counties of Cass, Fremont, Montgomery, and Page, is seeking a qualified firm to enter into contract with immediately to provide assistance with data collection and GIS mapping of trails within the four-county region (Cass, Fremont, Montgomery and Page counties). If your firm is interested in completing the described work, please submit a proposal. Details included in file below. Bids should be turned in by 4:00 p.m. on March 22, 2024.

City of Glenwood Downtown Revitalization Asbestos Inspection RFP

The City of Glenwood DTR is seeking bids for completion of a certified asbestos inspection. Bid should include costs associated with sight testing and the potential for spot point testing. An estimate should also be included based on general assumptions about site and potential removal needed based on previous experience with ACM abatement. Inspection will only need to be completed within the first 24 inches of the 8 building fronts as the project is only for façade rehabilitation and will be disturbing a limited amount of the building components. All bids are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.

Drivers

Atlantic, Harlan, Red Oak, and Shenandoah Area Drivers:

Southwest Iowa Transit Agency (SWITA) is seeking a part-time drivers in the Atlantic, Harlan, Red Oak, and Shenandoah areas for a number of shifts. Applicant must possess or be willing to acquire a commercial driver’s license class C with passenger endorsement (SWITA will assist with ELDT and  drive test), and enjoy working with the public. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour plus IPERS and PTO. Applicant must be able to obtain a CDL Medical Exam and pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen.
